That’s exactly why we’re hosting a Home Buyers Workshop this Tuesday, and I could not be more excited to welcome you!

This workshop is designed to be relaxed, informative, and judgment-free, whether you’re just starting to think about buying or you’re actively preparing to take that next step.

This isn’t a sales pitch or a stuffy seminar. Our goal is simple: education and empowerment. During the workshop, we’ll walk through:

What a lender actually look for when qualifying buyers
Credit, down payment options, and common misconceptions
Programs that can help make homeownership more affordable
Plenty of time for questions (the real ones you may be afraid to ask!)

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Mary Reames, a local REALTOR® who truly believes that buying a home is about more than just a transaction: it’s about building a life, stability, and generational wealth. I love walking alongside my clients every step of the way and helping them feel confident in decisions that matter.

Workshops like this are one of my favorite things to do because they allow me to serve my community before a contract is ever signed. Education always comes first.
